Construction works are progressing at Modern Art Oxford. The £2M project will transform the ground floor to create a new entrance, community gallery and education space. The lower ground floor will become a new café designed by artist Emma Hart. The gallery is due to reopen in October with an exhibition by Cuban artist Belkis Ayón (1967 – 1999).
